Fondation la Rosière

La Rosière, a foundation in the Broye region supporting people with disabilities, is part of the Fribourg network for accompanying individuals with disabilities. More than 35 years of experience have led the support team to develop a pedagogical approach tailored to the expectations and needs of the people welcomed. Its mission is built around three pillars:

• Offering employees adapted and rewarding workplaces and professional activities
• Enabling residents to thrive in a stimulating and warm living environment
• Promoting participation in leisure activities to strengthen integration

The Foundation Board is made up of about ten figures from various professional backgrounds. It includes at least two members representing parents of individuals with intellectual disabilities. The Foundation is recognized as a public utility by the Confederation and the Canton.
