Jean-Christophe Audemard is a true enthusiast. Since 2019, he has turned his beekeeping hobby into a full-time profession. He manages numerous hives throughout the canton of Fribourg, but it is in Villarsiviriaux, on the slopes of the Gibloux, that he extracts, settles, and jars his honey.
