Summer and winter, a breathtaking view of the region and the Dent de Lys.
You can enjoy Fribourg specialities such as chalet macaroni, fondue, croûtes au fromage, côtelette/jambon, home-made rösti and, in winter, raclette in the carnotzet.
In summer, the refreshment bar is accessible by car or on foot.
In winter, you can get there with snowshoes and enjoy the panorama, day and night. Take snowshoe trail no. 8, which takes around 1? hours.
La Buvette opens its doors for the winter season in mid-December.
Don't forget to book your table! The refreshment bar is open in the evening until 11pm, but we strongly recommend that you book ahead. The kitchens close at 9pm.
Dogs are not allowed inside.
