A bucolic route at the foot of the Teysachaux and the Dent de Lys. Some excellent local produces await you in the alpine chalet Vuipay if you want to tempt your taste buds. And for the more adventurous, there's an adrenaline-filled descent as a bonus!
From the start at the Pont de la Cascade car park, the trail winds through the forest towards the Petit Mology chalet. Then, the view widens and you reach the highest point, facing the peaks of Teysachaux and Dent de Lys. Enjoy a well-deserved break at the Buvette du Vuipay where you can taste delicious local dishes or the cheese made during the summer.
The descent is made through the pasture, passing in front of the chalet Vuipay d’En Bas. A flat forest road will give you some respite before the last bends of the trail that takes you back to the starting point.
For an exceptional descent, you can rent a bob at the Buvette du Vuipay and put your snowshoes and sticks in your backpack, all you have to do is let yourself slide at full speed! Then just strap your snowshoes back on to walk through the woods to return to the starting point.

The walk will be about 45 minutes shorter if you join the path n°8 from the parking La Cuva.
