Around thirty photographs take over Estavayer-le-Lac, creating a mycological journey that blends artistic imagination with scientific observation.
The “Mycopolis” exhibition is being held at eight locations in the medieval city and features displays in which mushrooms are transformed into portraits, dioramas, and surreal landscapes, revealing the unique aesthetic of Chinese-American photographer Phyllis Ma.
