Chainmail, armour and swords... The rose city transports its visitors to the Middle Ages for an entire weekend.
The traditional Medieval Festival in Estavayer-le-Lac takes over the Château de Chenaux and offers numerous activities throughout the weekend. Dungeon tours, medieval market, cannon fire, combat demonstrations, crafts and dances immerse the audience in the atmosphere of the Middle Ages. This edition celebrates music, featuring luthiers and many medieval melodies to enliven the festivities.
