The first stop on this tour takes you through the narrow streets of the old town, where history is revealed around every corner. The preserved medieval architecture, half-timbered houses and colourful facades bear witness to the town's rich past.
Next, you'll head for the majestic Castle of Chenaux, whose keep proudly dominates the town. Dating back to the 12th century, this castle has stood the test of time and witnessed many historic events. Inside the keep, you can immerse yourself in the medieval atmosphere, exploring the richly decorated rooms, the glittering armour and the evidence of the lives of the lords and ladies who lived there. From the top of the keep, you are rewarded with a breathtaking view of the rooftops of the old town, the sparkling lake and the majestic mountains in the background.
