The room with shower and toilet, completely independent, is located on the ground floor. The room has a bed (160x200) for 1 people (exceptionally 2 upon request). A service door (entrance on the left), is always closed during the stay. Possibility to use small terrace (table and 2 chairs) on the right of the entrance . A small electric hotplate, a saucepan and a kettle make it possible to boil water or to reheat a light meal. No breakfast service (except for coffee or tea), bread or croissants can be bought at 300 m (Coop / Migros / or 2 gas stations).
No parking available. If you are travelling by vehicle, you must find a parking space within 300–500 metres.
Smokers: smoking only allowed outside on the terrace with closed front door.
The tranquility with the owner is guaranteed. A pleasant contact on arrival and departure.

The old town and historic centre are only 3 km away. Nearby (500 m) are the Forum Fribourg exhibition centre and the Casino Barrière gaming hall.
Located 2 km from the A12 Fribourg-North motorway exit. The CFF railway station is 12 minutes away by bus and 20 minutes on foot.
Bus line no. 1 (Portes de Fribourg–Marly Gérine) is 300 m away, heading towards the city centre.
