The focus is on discovery! A cuisine with international influences but rooted in the local way of life. A menu made up of menu-sized plates, allowing you to discover the culinary world of PP at your own pace. The four seats at the kitchen bar are reserved for a surprise menu, allowing direct contact with the chefs for a unique experience.
