Using fresh, local and seasonal produce, the Bistrot d'Aimé invites you to savour its authentic and inventive cuisine.
Le Bistrot d'Aimé will be open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week from 23 December 2024, and all day on Sundays, serving dishes concocted by our chef and his team using fresh, seasonal produce. A clever balance between butcher's cuts, fresh vegetables and cheese, not forgetting the various pizzas also served takeaway.
Our kitchen team will take you on a journey through the seasons, using local produce and regional dishes from the canton of Fribourg. Our offer: traditional dishes revisited with ingredients selected for their taste quality, freshness and proximity.
We work closely with the cheese-makers of the Veveyse region and Monsieur Blanc, a butcher renowned in the region who prioritises animal welfare and product quality: the family business only buys from local farmers to offer exceptional meat.

Seminars
Our hotel offers two rooms for hire for your seminar, meeting, cocktail or any other professional event, for 5 to 70 people. They all benefit from natural daylight. We offer half-day, full-day and/or residential packages.
