Discover the cheese treasures of Semsales.

Immerse yourself in the authenticity of the Chez Manu cheese dairy, where the master cheesemaker shares his passion. Take a behind-the-scenes look at how Gruyère, Vacherin Fribourgeois and the famous Niremont, the pride of the region, are made.

The tour ends with a tasting of these regional delights, before enjoying a creamy fondue if you feel like it. A sensory escapade that celebrates the know-how of our mountain pastures.
