2026 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship 
International Festival of Sacred Music of Fribourg is one of the important classical music meeting in Switzerland.
Started in 1986, the International Festival of Sacred Music takes place in Fribourg in July on alternate years. It has welcomed prestigious ensembles and has discovered promising groups that have then confirmed their quality in the international field. Each edition offers a travel through the history of Christian vocal and instrumental music. The FIMS also gives swiss composers the opportunity to present creations and orders. During each edition, some 5'000 persons attend concerts in the beautiful baroque St. Michael College's church.
