The buvette is open in both summer and winter, offering an exceptional view of the region and the Dent de Lys.
Discover the Fribourg specialities available on site: chalet-style macaroni, fondue, cheese toasts, cutlet or ham, homemade rösti, as well as raclette served in the carnotzet during the winter season.
In summer, the buvette is accessible by car or on foot.
In winter, access is via snowshoes along trail no. 8 (about 1 hour 30 minutes of walking). Once you arrive, you can enjoy the panorama, both day and night.
The winter season begins in mid-December. The buvette is open in the evening until 10 p.m. (kitchen closes at 9 p.m.), but it is strongly recommended to make a reservation.
Cash payment is advised, as network coverage on site is limited.
