Let's go and enjoy an authentic Fribourg gourmet trail! Nestled between 1000 and 1500 meters above sea level, this trail offers spectacular views of the Fribourg Pre-Alps and the Lake Geneva basin.
Complete your trail with our Gourmet Trail! During your run, you'll be welcomed at the Incrota mountain pasture refreshment bar, then at the Boutique Hôtel Corbetta, where you can enjoy refreshments and something to recharge your batteries after the effort. This route is a great opportunity to discover the region while enjoying local specialities.
The route covers a distance of 14 km and 760 d+. The gourmet stages include:
- Incrota refreshment bar: Tea or coffee and a slice of pie
- Boutique Hotel Corbetta: Pizza Niremont
Start :
- Boutique Hotel Corbetta: Start directly from the hotel and return at the end of the route.
- Parking de la Cascade: Save around 5 km on your route by starting from this car park. Don't forget to stop for your pizza on the way back.
- For those coming by public transport, get off at the ‘Les Rosalys’ stop.
Validity & opening times :
- 10 May to 12 October 2025 : every day
- From 11.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m., the Incrota snack bar will not be able to guarantee a seat in case of heavy traffic.
- Pizza is served between 11.30am and 1.30pm then 6.30pm and 9pm.
Possibility of booking an overnight stay at the Boutique Hôtel Corbetta, subject to availability. Another pizza is available at an additional cost.
