Located on the shore of Lac des Joncs, this restaurant offers an idyllic setting to enjoy Fribourg cuisine. In summer, enjoy fresh locally caught trout, while throughout the rest of the year, the Chef offers seasonal dishes and cheese specialties highlighting the regional terroir. From late September, game specialties complete the menu.
The Auberge du Lac des Joncs also offers comfortable rooms, available as single or double, with breakfast included. Ideally located by the lake and close to hiking trails and ski slopes, it is a convenient base for exploring the Paccots.
