Ferme de la Tourbière raises ancient Swiss breeds: the Rhaetian grey cow, the mirror sheep, the Grison Oberland sheep and the woolly pig. After a tour of the farm, you'll take a short walk to discover the ancient cereal crops (spelt, ancient wheat, einkorn, starch or rye). Afterwards, you'll head to the stone mill where cereals are ground by hand, and where a tasting of the farm's products will delight your taste buds.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
