In summer, being an all year round installation, the chair lift Riggisalp as well as the restaurant Bärghuus are opened from June to October. In winter between December and March four ski lifts operate, transferring you to magnificent pistes.
In the summer
The comfortable, detachable double chairlift carries you to Riggisalp, the centre of a fantastic world of mountains. Starting point for many exciting hikes and mountain bike tours as well as for the panoramic trail.
From the « Bärghuus Riggisalp » at 4.900 meters a unique panorama of the sublime mountains unfolds itself to you. The spacious sun terrace seats 180 persons and invites you to relax and enjoy. Children will have their fun at the attractive children’s playground. The highlights are the full mountain breakfast and the barbecue lunch.

Chairlift rides and catering at Bärghuus outside regular opening hours possible on request. In case of bad weather conditions chairlift Services may be reduced or cancelled.
In the winter
The ski resort located at 4.920 feet includes 2 chairlifts and 2 ski lifts. It can be comfortably reached by young and old alike. A total of 13.7 miles of great runs are available. The excellently groomed runs take care of winter joys of skiers and snowboarders.
Guests who want to improve their technique, are taken care of by the ski and snowboard school, whose well trained instructors offer modern tuition.
The restaurant « Bärghuus Riggisalp » and its sun terrace is much appreciated in the winter as well.
Options like Fondue and night sledding as well as night skiing are particularly popular.
With the Hürlisboden- and Gypsy-Bars the after ski is guaranteed.

The lift ride up and down the mountain is free for members of the PROtourism pass. The offer is valid during the whole summer and can be used once per day/member.
