This 3-day multi-day trek crosses the Pre-Alps, passing through the Gantrisch Nature Park and the Gruyère Pays-d'EnHaut Nature Park.

Physical fitness:
This trek is intended for people in good physical condition who can walk for several hours a day.
Some short sections require sure-footedness and a head for heights.
