A lively show that makes you want to smile, twist and join in the dance.
Marie-Françoise, Serge and Denise are sixteen years old in the 1960s, the fiery decade that invented adolescence. Their story brings an entire era to life on stage: that of a youth dreaming of light-heartedness, excitement and freedom. All this takes place in warm settings typical of the era that saw the rise of hits by Johnny Hallyday, Claude François and Dalida.
The Fribourg-based company Les Citrons Sonnés has delved into the radio and music archives of the sixties, as well as the testimonies of those who grew up during that time, to create a play that straddles the line between musical comedy and documentary.
