The Extra-Muros brewery, located in the heart of Romont hill, was founded almost ten years ago by a group of friends who were passionate about good beer.
Its name comes from the first location used by this small team, which was outside the city walls at the time. Today, although the brewery has been relocated within the city walls to the courtyard of St-Charles, near the castle, its name has been retained, as have its signature recipes. The team has grown and beer production is now more regular. At Extra-Muros, each brew has its own unique characteristics. You can find beers made with Cuchaule AOP, local quince or classics revisited in their own way.
