What could be real in those legends? Find it out. You can discover seven legends in a playful and adventureous way around the lake: The hidden gold, the black cow, the conspiracy of the snakes, how the black lake arose, the knight of the night, the witches secret and the «Muggi».
Planning: approx. 2 hours of pure hiking time plus time for the activities at every post.
Description of the path:
The witch path takes you around the lake with a little detour to the waterfall. The circuit can be undertaken in both directions. It is mostly flat, with a few light uphills. The path is suitable for prams and wheelchairs.
Get yourself a witch set
Because only with the witch set you can fully explore the witch path. In the witch set, you'll find some snacks to recharge, a ride on the toboggan, and the necessary tools to discover the magic word. Additionally, a value voucher is included, which can be redeemed at participating partner businesses.
The witch set can be purchased at the tourist office during its opening hours. It costs CHF 22.–
Outside of these hours, it is available at the Side Cut Sports Store or the Hostellerie am Schwarzsee.
