Welcome to “La Fringale”!
The Les Fosses association is delighted to present the first edition of La Fringale, a unique festive event to be held on November 1 and 2. For the occasion, the workshops of the Menétrey Ascenseurs company in Romont, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary, are opening their doors to host this special evening.
100 guests will share a surprise meal prepared by the chefs of the Les Affûtée.x.s collective. This collective promotes quality products from short supply chains and honors the work of women in the culinary professions. A 4-course seasonal menu will be offered for the occasion.
A convivial evening, rich in flavors and discoveries is planned!
Evening program:
- 5pm: Welcome drink and aperitif
- 7pm: Dinner
- Bar and musical entertainment by DJ Mzelle Charlotte
- 02h : End of the event
