Founded in 2006 from the merger of four historic cheese dairies, it brings together the passion of 27 local producers to transform milk into exceptional cheeses, such as Gruyère AOP and Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP. Its shop also offers regional specialities and tailor-made platters for all your occasions.
