Since July 2025, the Rohrbasser family has taken over the reins of the cheese dairy in Villaz-St-Pierre. Coming from a farming background and accompanied by their two sons, they are committed to promoting the milk of local producers and offering tasty, high-quality products every day, while respecting the traditions and terroir of Fribourg.
