Very family-friendly, beautiful and bright 3-room apartment near the lake. Very spacious and trimed garden, outdoor fireplace with plenty of wood, covered seating area, garden furniture and a children's playhouse are available. Two parking lots available directly in front of the apartment. Nespresso coffee machine (no capsules available)
The holiday apartment (75 sqm) is located in the basement of the building and has a functional fitted kitchen with good equipment. The cozy living room has a table and sofa that invites you to spend nice evenings with family or friends. The electric heater provides adjustable, pleasant warmth throughout the home.
The apartment has two well-equipped bedrooms with double beds (2 mattresses of 90 x 200cm, 1 mattress of 160 x 200cm). In the living room there is also the possibility of a sofa bed. It also has a cot and a high chair for children. The bathroom is functional and has a shower.
During all four seasons an oasis of well-being in the Nature Park Gantrisch with view of the “Schwarzsee” and the mountain peaks. Kid-friendly but very quiet environment.
Five minutes walk to the shore, valley station of the Kaisereggbahnen Schwarzsee, restaurants, indoor swimming pool, sports shop and children's playground, witch path (theme trail), pedalo rental. Ten minutes walk to the village shop and café.
The appartment is ideal for a family, a couple or for a smaller group of friends.
