This sunny apartment is a perfect place of retreat for nature lovers, sport enthusiasts and people looking for peace and relaxation. The apartment in the newly built hous (2020) is spacious and bright.
The apartment features an open kitchen with cooking island, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker (Nespresso,no capsules available), dining table and couch. It has a total of 3 bedrooms. Two of them have two beds (90 x 200cm), which can be used as a TWIN bed or as a double bed. The third bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm).
There are two bathrooms in total, one with shower/bathtub/toilet/double sink and one with shower/toilet/sink. It also has a washing machine.
From the large terraxe (32qm) you have a wonderful view of the mountains and the lake.
Lake, cable cars, shopping facilities, sports shops, restaurants and bus station are within a 5-minute walk.
A covered parking lot in front of the house is available (further on request).
