Due to falling rocks, the “Dankes Grotto” must be closed immediately and until further notice.
During the Second World War the original Marien Grotto was built on the right bank of the lake. But then her maintenance was neglected. In 2005, the Grotto got renovated as well as the statue of the Virgin Mary from 1937.
