At the Restaurant & Pension fein & sein Schwarzsee, our Hammer’s All-You-Can-Eat Game Buffet awaits you – a varied culinary journey through autumnal game cuisine.
Look forward to a lavish starter buffet featuring venison dry sausage, wild boar prosciutto, game terrine, Schwarzsee mountain cheese and autumnal salads, accompanied by a delicious pumpkin soup.
At the main buffet, a wide range of game specialities await you: venison fillet in Calvados sauce, venison stew, venison strips in mushroom sauce, wild boar entrecôte, game meatloaf and game sausages. Our vegetarian guests will also find plenty to enjoy, with quorn strips, pumpkin agnolotti and pumpkin goulash.
The buffet is rounded off with traditional autumn side dishes such as spätzli, Brussels sprouts, red cabbage, chestnuts, apple compote, bunched pears and cranberries.
Standard all-you-can-eat buffet: CHF 78.–
Vegetarian all-you-can-eat buffet: CHF 61.–
Lunch: Starter buffet from 11.30 am, main buffet from 12.00 pm
Dinner: Starter buffet from 6.30 pm, main buffet from 7.00 pm
