This modern chalet is a perfect retreat for nature lovers, sports enthusiasts and people looking for peace and quiet. The stream that flows through the property gives the chalet by the stream something special.
The renovated and spacious chalet (100m2) has a modern, open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso, no capsules available), a dining room with large table and a living room with sofa, armchairs and stools. In addition, there is a TV on the aesthetic mezzanine with a cosy reading corner. There are three separate bedrooms in the flat, one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and two with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). There are also wardrobes with storage space in each bedroom. There is a toilet on each floor, the shower is in the downstairs bathroom. A highlight of the flat is the enclosed veranda with a breathtaking panorama. In addition, guests have access to the large balcony and the garden with the stream, both with mountain views.
Lake, mountain railways, shopping facilities, sports shops, restaurants can be found within a radius of 2.5 kilometres. The restaurant Mösli is 200 metres away from the chalet. The bus stop is within 10 minutes walking distance.
There is one free parking space in front of the house. You will find further parking spaces at the Restaurant Mösli.
