The apartment, which is located on the top floor of the residential building, has a high standard of finish with an open kitchen and cooking island. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, combi steamer/oven, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster, raclette and fondue set. There is an electric barbecue on the terrace.
The modern apartment has two large bedrooms, one of which is equipped with TWIN beds (90 x 200 cm), which can be put together to form a double bed. The third double bed is located on the gallery (180 x 200 cm) with 2 mattresses 90 x 200 cm. The gallery can be reached via the stairs. On the gallery you will find another 2 mattresses 90 x 200 cm and 2 camping mattresses.
Guests have two bathrooms at their disposal, one with a rain shower/WC/double washbasin and one with a WC/shower/washbasin. There is also a washing machine.
From the large, sunny terrace (32m2) you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains and nature.
The lake, mountain railroads, shops, sports stores, restaurants, hairdressers and bus station are all within a 5-minute walk.
A covered and an open parking lot in front of the house is available free of charge.
The apartment offers fast internet, cable TV.
