The special feature of this bright apartment is its magnificent panoramic view! In addition, the newly built, ecologically constructed apartment (built in 2020) is barrier-free and accessible by lift.
The holiday apartment, located in the attic of the residential building, has a high standard of finish with an open-plan kitchen and cooking island. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, combi steamer/oven, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle, mixer, toaster, raclette and fondue set. There is an electric barbecue on the terrace. The modern apartment has two large bedrooms, one of which is equipped with twin beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be pushed together to form a double bed. The third double bed is located on the gallery (180 x 200 cm) with two mattresses (90 x 200 cm). The gallery is accessible via stairs. On the gallery you will find two more mattresses (90 x 200 cm) and two camping mattresses. Guests have access to two bathrooms, one with a rain shower/WC/double sink and one with a WC/shower/sink. There is also a washing machine.
From the large, sunny terrace (32 m²), you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains and nature. Schwarzsee belongs to the Sense region in the canton of Fribourg. Right next to it lies the Gantrisch Nature Park, which reaches all the way to the lakeshore—two adjoining landscapes that make a perfect match. Encircling the lake is an extensive hiking network of about 200 km, offering everything from relaxing lakeside strolls to rewarding mountain hikes. Don’t miss the rustic alpine huts along the way—they’re perfect for a break and serve delicious regional specialties.
In summer, the lake turns into a playground: swimming in clear waters, stand-up paddling, pedal boating, mountain biking, or downhill scooter rides. In winter, the apartment’s location is sensational: within 5 minutes on foot you reach the Kaiseregg lifts and step straight into snowy fun.
