Delicious meat products and a wide variety of specialty beers from their own brewery, all under the Senseland brand: that’s what the seisler.swiss-certified Fleisch und Brau and As Jùscht’s Bier are known for.
On Sunday, November 15, visitors to the As Jùscht’s Brewery (established in 2004) in Plaffeien will have the opportunity to enjoy these various delicacies in good company. That’s when the Fleisch und Brau-Kilbi takes place, featuring an all-you-can-eat six-course buffet that includes everything from Seislerbrätzele-Cuchaule and Hamesuppa to Voräss, smoked meats, and Gigot-Häpperestock, all the way to meringues with Nidla. The event will be accompanied by live Ländler music. The welcome cocktail will be served starting at 10:30 a.m.
