The Seisler Brätzele are a typical speciality from the Sense district.
They differ from traditional Brätzeli by their shape and taste, because although they contain sugar, they are salty. They are not only elegant, but also a real delicacy at every aperitif. A special waffle iron, which is not to be found in the first best supermarket, provides for the special form of the Brätzele. The Seisler Brätzele are flat and are not rolled like the Bretzeli, which are produced in the other parts of the canton.
