Place for horses to bath

From the main road between Salavaux and Avenches: turn at Eau Noire, and you will find parking spaces immediately on your left. Then continue straight ahead to the lake (the beach for horses is indicated by a sign). Parking is prohibited on the beach, in the woods, and along the roadside.

 


This area is a nature reserve. A beach is reserved for your use ! However, to ensure everyone gets along, riders, walkers, and vacationers should follow a few guidelines to help maintain harmony between people and nature.

- Tie your horse in the designated area to avoid damaging the trees.

- Do not use the beach paths during the indicated period.

- Keep this area clean by picking up after your horse. - Be courteous to everyone.

 


Horses are not allowed to swim outside this beach area. Horses are also not allowed on the unpaved footpaths along the beach during the summer period (June 1 to September 15).
