Rental conditions:
Scout, schools and youth organisations pay half the rent & overnight stay price. From 2 full rental days, the kitchen & the overnight stay must be rented as well. Residence tax: CHF 2.75 for overnight stays by non-residents and CHF 1.45 for under-16s.
- In general, the home is rented in successive blocks. One day is divided into four blocks: Morning (8-12), afternoon (12-17) and evening (17-21) night (21-8). These are charged per group at the same price.
- A daily rent can be extended by "attaching" blocks.
- The contracting party must be 18 years old and present during the rental period.
The heating is not suitable for overnight stays in cold winters.
