Murten on Ice is not just an ice rink - it is a meeting place between generations, between locals and visitors, between athletes and enthusiasts.
Until 16 February 2025, Murten on Ice offers visitors who love ice sports the unique opportunity to take their turns in front of the incomparably beautiful silhouette of Murten's old town. As every year, special attention is paid to school classes to offer pupils from Murten and the surrounding area a welcome change of pace on the ice during the winter months. A wide range of activities is available to the public. Whether beginners or advanced, skating lessons or curling - everyone gets their money's worth at Murten on Ice.
The rustic wooden chalet also invites all visitors to enjoy a selection of drinks as well as various small meals and snacks in a cosy and informal atmosphere. A popular meeting place for young and old, families, friends or spontaneously with work colleagues for an after-work beer.
