Concerto for cello and piano
The renowned cellist Tamás Lakatos and Tatjana Fuog (piano) perform under the title "Romanticism in Autumn". The programme includes works by Schumann, Mendelssohn and Fauré. Pastor Markus Vögtli will speak appropriate words.
Tamás Lakatos is an esteemed cellist with international concert experience. He studied at the Béla Bartók Conservatory in Budapest and at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music until his artist diploma. Tamás Lakatos has won prizes at several national and international competitions. He is currently a member of the Swiss. He is currently a member of the Swiss Music Pedagogical Association and a lecturer at the Academy for Music and Music Pedagogy (SAMP), which is currently being established.
Tatjana Fuog is a versatile pianist, organist and accompanist with an international concert career. After studying in Russia, Estonia, Latvia and Switzerland, she worked as a lecturer and accompanist at music academies and theatres. Her concert activities include numerous performances at home and abroad and testify to her wide-ranging musical experience and expressiveness. As artistic director of several concert series in Murten and Laufental, she combines passion, stylistic awareness and a fine sound culture in her playing - entirely in the spirit of the romantic music of this evening.
