This time, the serenade will take place in the castle church in Münchenwiler.
The audience can look forward to a sensual and deeply moving musical experience with ‘poesia vocale’.
The ensemble for early and contemporary music combines high musical standards with historically informed awareness in all styles. The name ‘poesia vocale’ encapsulates the idea of exploring the diverse fusion of words and music achieved in singing.
Under the direction of Mona Spägele, the concert evening will feature works from the early Baroque period, including sacred music by Heinrich Schütz (1585–1672), Andreas Hammerschmidt (1611–1675) and Johann Michael Bach (1648–1694).
