The Lugnorre cheese factory was built in 1910 and has been run by the Reist Senior family since 1971.
Since 2006 (production) and 2023 (store), Pierre and Karin Reist have taken over their parents' business in Lugnorre, which they manage in addition to their operation in Nods.
In Lugnorre, only Gruyère AOP is produced.
In the store, you will find everything that makes the heart of cheese lovers race, as well as many other local specialties from the region.
