The restaurant is known for its fish specialties such as its perch filets or its pike cooked in the oven, accompanied by the famous Vully wines, including some of its own wine cellar.
Located in the vineyard village of Praz, on the lakeside, the Bel-Air is one of the most charming sites of Lake Murten. The Chervet family owns the hotel, the restaurant and the cellar since 1900.
