Valérie Bieri and Michel Hojac are the host couple behind Atelier Greng, which opened in April 2025. After five years at La Pinte du Vieux Manoir, they are fulfilling their dream here and inviting guests to be part of it.
In the castle quarter of Greng, just a stone’s throw from Murten, a place full of passion has been created, where culinary art meets creativity and enjoyment turns into discovery. Every plate, every glass bears their signature: personal, authentic, and an experience not to be missed.
The restaurant can accommodate up to 35 people – a reservation is recommended.
