We didn't ask ourselves what we cook, but how we cook. We cook an honest cuisine, without a lot of frippery, but fresh, natural and seasonal.
Whether it's chips, spaetzli, potato salad, apple sauce, desserts, cakes or granola: everything is homemade. And cheap. Or let's call it fair.
