Ingredients
1 handful of lime blossoms
200 g rock candy
2 sticks of cinnamon
2 stars anise
5 l water
1 l red wine
Preparation
Add the lime blossoms, rock candy, cinnamon and anise to the cold water, bring to boil and steep for 30 minutes. Add the red wine, let it heat up, strain off the liquid and serve hot.
