The concert series MUSIK ZUM SAMSTAGABEND (Music on Saturday Evening) has been running since 1992.
It is now supported and organised by the association of the same name.
Four high-quality classical concerts are held each concert season.
They have established themselves as part of the cultural offering in the Lake Murten region.
The first three concerts take place in the beautiful
church in Meyriez. For the fourth concert, we are guests at the Centre
Loewenberg in Muntelier/Murten, where the historic manor house
and orangery offer a special atmosphere.
Admission is free. The concerts are financed by membership fees,
sponsorship, donations and collections.
The work involved in organising the concerts is carried out on a voluntary basis.
