On Saturday, October 4, 2025, the well-known and brilliant Kilbi
Märit will take place again this year in the village center of Gurmels. After we were able to organize our
Märit for the 25th time in 2024 and celebrate a silver anniversary, it will continue in
2025.
The organizing committee of the Kilbi-Märit Gurmels is delighted that in 2025 the entire
Gurmels region will once again be represented at this annual fair: associations, tradespeople,
farmers, amateur artists, and even private individuals will be present to showcase their
activities and more, sell products, and present their Kilbi
entertainment program. Of course, there will also be a variety of culinary
stands offering a wide range of food and drink.
Finally, as every year, the organizing committee will also be presenting an incredibly good
program on the cultural stage in 2025. The artists, including the youth music group and the
Gurmels Music Society, will perform; there will also be dance performances by the Dance
Group TSV Gurmels and Hip-Hop Dancefloor 12 from Gurmels. The Kasperli
Theater of JuBla Gurmels will give several performances, and the men and women of the
Cordast Yodeling Club will showcase their singing skills on stage. Murten will also be
represented in Gurmels this year: Zunft vo de Schlossmüüs will perform at the Kilbi-Märit in
Gurmels on the cultural stage ... In between, the daring gymnasts
and apparatus gymnasts of TSV Gumels will fly through the air, and much more ... Once again,
there will be plenty going on in Gurmels!
Meeting point: Saturday, October 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the large Kilbi-Märit market in the center of Gurmels.
