Flavor with tradition: Homemade bread, confectionery and the famous Vully tart!
Gilles Guillaume developed a taste for baking at an early age and completed an apprenticeship as a baker in Kerzers. He then worked in German-speaking Switzerland until 2001, when he took over the current bakery at only 22.
Today he works in a good mood with a team of ten employees including two apprentices to produce their traditional products, various snacks ideal for the little ones.
