The Espace Gourmand in the heart of Intyamon – nestled in a region renowned for its living traditions. Here, the Bénichon menu is served in a welcoming restaurant, while the attached shop offers a selection of local specialities and artisanal products.
Highlights include double cream meringues from La Gruyère, anise bread, crispy bricelets, Bénichon mustard, and a range of wines – a delicious journey through the flavours of yesteryear. A place where warm hospitality and the authenticity of its products shine.
The full Bénichon menu will be served on October 11th. A lighter version, without lamb, cheese, or biscuits, will be available from September 14th to October 18th.
