Café des Bains invites you to discover its Bénichon menu in the heart of Châtel-St-Denis. Local flavours take centre stage throughout the year, with specialities such as fondue, entrecôte with herb butter, and the much-loved meringues with double cream. During the Veveyse Bénichon, the traditional Bénichon menu naturally takes its place alongside these regional specialities.
