Nestled in the heart of Lavaux, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the vineyards of Domaine des Faverges embody the winemaking passion and the excellence of the Fribourg terroir.
Owned by the State of Fribourg since 1848, the estate stretches across more than 15 hectares of sun-drenched slopes overlooking Lake Geneva. Throughout the seasons, the winemakers carefully cultivate emblematic grape varieties such as Chasselas and Pinot Noir, producing wines of remarkable finesse and authenticity.
Each harvest celebrates the bond between people, the land, and tradition, set against a landscape of timeless beauty.
The estate is currently under renovation until 2027. A partial reopening is planned for June 2026, when visitors will be able to discover the meticulous vineyard work, take part in tastings, or stroll between the vine rows while enjoying the spectacular views of the lake and the Alps.
