With starter and dessert sorted, it’s time for some hiking in Les Paccots. The trail for gourmets leads to a delicious summit fondue on the Niremont, while hikers follow the panoramic route along the Lac des Joncs. The Little Gourmet Trail is perfect for young children and families. Sports enthusiasts will prefer the ‘Trail Gourmand’. If this selection is not enough for you, you can be curious: From 2025, several of the trails are due to be reorganised.
The new gourmet trail ‘Le Montagnard’ has already won over its audience, with an aperitif bag handed out at the start of the hike. An 8.8 km walk leads to the Petit Oiseau mountain hut, accompanied along the way by delicious charcuterie, cheese and a Cuchaule to enjoy «en route». For the meal, a well-deserved break awaits at the Buvette Incrota.
