You will then have the opportunity to dine with the speaker (menu: green salad,
caramelised seeds, watercress | beef steak, herb butter, matchstick potatoes,
market vegetables | homemade vanilla ice cream, crumble, warm berries at CHF 49 per person, excluding drinks)
